Cord Chatham

Executive Chef

At the helm of Seasons' kitchen, Executive Chef Cord Chatham crafts dishes that complement the stunning red rock views with inspired but unpretentious fare. An Arizona native, Cord graduated from the Arizona Culinary Institute and has worked at numerous high-end venues. His philosophy in the kitchen is, “Everything is relative, but there is a standard that must not be deviated from!” He prefers creating recipes from scratch and searches for local farm-to-table ingredients that are always fresh and in season.

Theresa Swanson

Director of Food & Beverage/ Event Sales Manager

Theresa Swanson, serves as Seasons’ Director of Food & Beverage and Event Sales Manager. With her extensive hospitality experience and passion for detail, Theresa leads a formidable staff, who’s dedication and expertise shine seamlessly. In 2016, she successfully aided Seven Canyons in earning the Golden Fork Award for the most improved golf club restaurant and bar. With Theresa’s hands-on approach, she is never far from the action and takes great pride in providing exceptional service to Members and Guests alike.
