Our Team

At the helm is Chef Kirk, crafting dishes that complement the views with inspired but unpretentious fare.  Originally from Galveston, Texas, he grew up surrounded by passionate culinarians in his mother and grandparents.

New to the Sedona scene, Chef Kirk started in May of 2020 and has worked diligently to integrate his love for coastal and southern cuisine with a touch of Arizona heat in a thoughtful and enjoyable menu.  Focused on quality and a scratch kitchen, his creativity lends itself in his skillful balance of flavors.  His food (even in the lightest and healthiest of options) boasts richness and flavor, leaving you fulfilled and grateful for the experience.  Ask him about his favorite chile to see a twinkle in his eye!

Spearheading the club operation is Josh Clay, General Manager, who is all too familiar with Chef Kirk’s passion for flavor.  They launched several culinary outlets together across the country and are a dynamic duo for the private club members and our guests. 

Completing the trifecta is Theresa Swanson, as smooth and elegant as her name indicates.  Tapping into the intrinsic hospitality of her team, Theresa makes you feel like a guest in her home.  And what a lovely home it is!
