Our Team

At the helm is Executive Chef Cord, crafting dishes that complement the views with inspired but unpretentious fare.  An AZ native, Cord graduated AZ Culinary Institute and has worked at numerous high-end venues. His philosophy in the kitchen is, “Everything is relative but there is a standard that must not be deviated from!” He prefers creating recipes from scratch and searches for local Farm to Table ingredients that are always fresh and in season.

Completing this magnificent duo is Theresa Swanson, Food & Beverage Director & Event Sales Manager.  Tapping into her intrinsic hospitality background and passion for service, Theresa makes you feel like a guest in her home.  And what a lovely home it is!
