Seven Canyons’ state-of-the-art fitness center is designed to help boost performance, productivity, and well-being. Fully appointed with top-of-the-line equipment and cutting-edge technology, our fitness facility offers everything you need to focus on achieving a positive mindset, proper nutrition, range of movement, and therapeutic recovery. Elite golf instruction, group fitness classes, and individual training sessions will elevate your game—and your life.
Our personal training experience is focused on true world-class structural solutions for each Seven Canyon member. Our mission is to increase the quality and duration of your life by boosting your performance, productivity, and well-being. We help reduce the potential for long-term health issues and motivate you towards success in all areas of your life. Members will be inspired and educated through personal attention on their goals, meals, and recreational activities.
Members can undergo a simple yet thorough evaluation to decrease or prevent pain, and perform in their game of life. Game plans for each member will be individualized as they work with our Performance Specialists. These prescriptions will be empowering by motivating members through education and real results with our multi-disciplinary staff.
Our programs go beyond the typical well-being suggestions and delve into structural solutions and holistic lifestyle changes that boost performance and longevity.

The Fitness Center features Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Trainers that will assess your physical capabilities, provide drills and exercises to improve strength and flexibility, administer treatment to eliminate pain and facilitate better form.
Paul Burke, Fitness Director

A former professional athlete with 20 years of experience as a Division 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach, Paul has developed a holistic approach to helping Seven Canyons’ members. As a former Performance & Metabolic Specialist for EXOS, Warner Bros, and Wounded Warrior, Paul has helped individuals and teams reach optimal levels. While serving as a Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System Specialist, he helped our nation’s troops excel in training and maneuvers. Paul has also worked with dozens of Hollywood’s finest actors and actresses as well as professional and Olympic athletes throughout his successful career. He is sought after for his down-to-earth approach of helping individuals reach new heights of wellness and performance.
Michael A. Rende, Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR)
Pain Relief and Mobility Specialist, Myofascial Release/Manual Therapy Specialty, TPI Certified Medical Professional
With over 27 years of experience treating chronic and acute pain, sports injuries, and joint and soft tissue mobility problems, Michael incorporates various advanced manual therapy techniques to improve whole-body mobility and reduce pain/stiffness. As a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 3 Medical Professional, Michael provides golf-specific injury assessment and rehabilitation techniques to get players back in the game. After spending his career focused on the Body-Swing Connection™, Michael educates clients on how to increase player performance through a deep understanding of how the body functions during the golf swing.
